Proposals Tab

When you select the Proposals tab you will be redirected to the Proposal tool in New Reports

From here you can create a new Proposal manually or using the Recommendation Engine
Campaign Hub Tab
The Campaign Hub tab holds Proposals and Orders

The Proposal view allows you to see all proposals under any status - Draft, Under Review, Ready for Sale, or Sold

The left-hand menu allows you to filter down by Partner- Division - Advertiser to find a specific proposal, you can also filter by the requestor, status, and budget.

In the top right-hand corner, you can select ' New Proposal ' that will allow you to create a new proposal.

The three dots to the left of each proposal generates a menu that allows you to perform specific actions for that proposal based on its status. Admins are also able to approve proposals that are ‘Under Review’ and move them to 'Ready for Sale'.

The Orders view allows you to see only Sold proposals

You can filter down this view through Partner - Division - Advertiser or by Requestor.

To the left of each order, you will notice a drop-down arrow this will reveal the order’s Name, Product, Start & End Dates, and the Zendesk ticket number.

For orders that already have a campaign(s) in Legacy, there will be a graph right next to the arrowhead that will redirect you to the customer level of Legacy as shown in the GIF below.

Reports Tab
The Reports tab will drop down to allow you to select either Legacy Reports or New Reports.

Legacy:

When you select Legacy Reports it will redirect the page to the Legacy dashboard.

In the Legacy dashboard you can check on specific campaigns for each product filtered down by Partner - Division - Advertiser - Campaign.
New Reports:

When you select New Reports it will open a new window that will require you to sign in with your Ui.marketing credentials before you can access the reporting dashboard.

Once you’ve logged into the dashboard you must select a Partner - Division - Advertiser and a Product to be able to generate data and then you can select specific campaigns.

Users Tab

The User tab gives you access to all users within Ui.Marketing.

You can create new users in the Users Tab by following the directions below:
-
Select 'New User'
-
Fill in the following Username (which will be their company email), Real Name, Email, and Password (Hello123, they can change this at their convenience.) and lastly, you’ll assign the type of user you are creating; Admin, Ops, Division, or Customer.

Hit ‘Save’ and you’re done!

In the User Tab, you are also able to edit current users as shown below you can make the following changes:
-
Change Name, Email, Username, or Password.
-
Change the user type and/or where they are assigned
-
Remove/add certain permissions based on the user type
-
Block users from having access to specific or all functions and external sites

Integrations Tab

The integrations tab allows users to integrate external ad platforms that we support reporting in our dashboard.

To integrate a platform you’ll do the following;
-
Select ‘Activate’ on the supported platform
-
This will redirect you to the site you are integrating from
-
Select the account you would like to use and complete the integration
-
You will then start to see reports for active platforms
-
Submitting a Support Ticket
There are two routes you can take to submit a Support Ticket.
1. In UI.Marketing you will go to the Support tab and select 'Submit a Ticket' and select 'Support' under the ticket type dropdown.
2. In New Reports you will hover over the 'Support' tab and select ' Submit a Support Ticket ' which will redirect you to the ticket page with the Support option already selected and the template ready to be filled out.
Once you have accessed the support ticket link you will have a template to fill out, you can add attachments, links, and CC anyone involved or wanting to track the ticket progress, then submit!
The last thing to note is when you fill in the subject of your support ticket you will see a table of ' Suggested Articles ' populate below, these are articles that may be helpful to you based on your ticket's subject.
